tough one. There will be  times when you think, am I not doing anything right?. I remember this time last year I would never have thought that brands were even identifying with me or that I had readers and people that I inspired through my blog posts.

 

It was around April I began recieving comments on my Instagram ("Hey girl !! I just saw you on Wendy Williams Show"). This was surreal, I was never in LA on the show. I thought this must be a mistake. Got back home from work, turns out it was true; my picture was used on national tv on the #instaglam segment of Wendy's show I felt elated....

 

More on this coming soon.... The reason why I'm writing such a piece is to motivate you my readers who have dreams and aspirations, take that bold step, I started with my ideas and creativity and now I'm being paid for my creative ideas.

Let's talk about this gorgeous outfit today, have you heard about the cold shoulder trend ? I bet you have. But I'm sure you haven't heard about the flashdance shoulder trend.  At first, I thought that fashion week was just for people to go sit and watch, I thought wrong. 

 

 

As I began paying more attention, I realize that fashion trends always evolve and I needed to catch up on the many trends, and style them my own way for you all.
