ITS BOOT SEASON - STEVE MADDEN x ZAPPOS

That's the exact feeling I had when I got hold of this piece. I was going for a hood/ badass chic type of vibe. My DURAG has made its appearance too.

As  you all know it's sweater weather/bomber jacket season hence, I paired this outfit with my bomber for more comfort.

PEPLUM PANTS x PEPLUM SLEEVED TOP!!

Hello loves, I hope you all had a great weekend . So I was a little MIA this weekend. Spent most of my time researching outfit ideas for the fall season. 

Tell me what styles and outfits you would love to see me style this fall season. 

Today's, outfit is yet another glamorous one. Yes!! You guessed right, by @labelss___ on Instagram. Currently loving all things by labels and I will be working with labels to create my outfits for my brand to you all. 

I've styled this peplum sleeved top and pant, popularly called the flare sleeves. This outfit showcases two main colors that are considered hot this fall army green and nude/camel. 

This outfit can be worn to different occasions and I promise you this period I'm sharing my own styles that I would have loved to  wear at New York fashion week ( if I had attended). Yes that occasion/event!! Lol

I paired this outfit with a nude pair of pumps and a nude pair of sunnies. Trust me, I really don't want to say goodbye to summer but I'm so ready for fall. I have a couple of fall collaborations coming up soon and can't wait to share with you guys soon.

(ANKARA MIX AND MATCH) GOODBYE SUMMER!! HELLO FALL!!

          Last day of summer (2016) has me feeling some type of way!! Its like that love hate relationship I have with Whoppers chocolate just because i cant get my hands on some Maltesers. Summer sixteen has truly been a memorable one. Although I hate to say goodbye, i certainly have too.

 Scratch that sad introduction!! lol. I am so happy that one of my favorite seasons is here already. So many fall styles and colors are already giving me so much life and i cant wait to style fall outfits.

          Also i have some collaborations coming up soon on the blog with some amazing fashion bloggers this fall!1 im so excited about it!!

     Lets talk about today's outfit. Posted this look on Monday but only got around to blog it today. My complete outfit is by @labels___ by rhallykhan on Instagram. Its safe to say that i am a brand ambassador and definitely recommend that you try them out.

    This  look works well for any event, talk about versatility!! Also im looking to incorporate more African print styles on the blog.

I love how the fabric has this fingerprints print. Mixing and matching is also an interesting aspect of styling for me, totally love this look. I have paired this outfit with my favorite ninewest sandals. They are so comfortable and stylish im all for that.

PUFFY SLEEVES x AZTECH PRINT MIDI SKIRT!!! + FALL STYLE TRENDS!!

       Fall is just around the corner. This fall season you can expect to see some metallic, velvet, offtheshoulder/coldshoulder styles, menswear/embroidery details, florals (who would have thought this will be a fall fave), faux fur, leathers/pleathers, jumpers, streetwears, statement chokers, embellished capes, chunky heels/soles , including sleeves of all kinds  flare, bell sleeves, ruffles and my gorgeous puffy sleeved top.  

      As much as i am looking to try out this trends, i am really hoping to try out the unexpected combinations and nail the look. So stay tuned!

       My Puffy sleeve top is another @labels___ item and I absolutely love it. I have paired t with my extra midi aztech print skirt from burlinton one of my favorite stores. This skirt color is just perfect for this season. Ild share a quick secret! its probably #TMI but heres what happened to me while selecting this outfit.

STRIPED JUMPSUIT x FLARED SLEEVES

Hello loves, happy mid week if I may say so ... Can't believe how fast this month in particular has gone by. I still remember my happy new month at the beginning of September ...whew!! 

In today's post I'm sharing my love for the cutest jumpsuit ever. Again it's by the amazing @labels__ I love everything about this look. I can totally say this is definitely my style. 

The stripes are perfect for fall, the way that the white and red are infused on the outfut really works well.  The jumpsuit is a plunge neckline which I appreciate. Although, it might have been a little to much for someone with my body type.

THE PERFECT RIP x SHADES OF BLUE x NYFW

Hey loves, lets talk about this gorgeous outfit as i start my week in shades of blue (my favorite color to style). But first, lets talk about #NYFW (New York Fashion Week) that i am not  attending .

Every bloggers dream is to be at the peak of their blogging career and one of the many dreams is to go to the different fashion weeks, don't worry guys soon as i am well prepared i will definitely love to attend one all of these fashion weeks.

Ive seen a lot of fashion week presentations that have had me all '' Love struck'', and i will be sharing my thoughts on my favorites. I have been live streaming since i didn't make it.

Its obvious that i am still enjoying the sunshine while it lasts hence, my constant love for anything offtheshoulder or coldshoulders.  

In today's post i am talking about this gorgeous top tailor made by my gorgeous friend who owns the brand @labels__ on Instagram, definitely check her page out for more inspiration and bespoke outfits.

I have paired my gorgeous top with my favorite ripped jeans. I love how i am able to switch the different shades of blue. I have found blue to be one of the best colors that work well with my skin tone.. I always emphasize styling outfits that work well with your skin tone.

My shoes are a pastel blue shade as well, which works perfectly as a transition color as it goes closely with my top. I always say that my style and the kind of look i go for is usually very versatile, in the sense that you can wear  it to different occasions or even slay casually.

I am starting a new segment on the blog, more like im restarting this segment its called style duplicate. I will be duplicating a celeberity style or outfit an tell you whaere you can get the same outfits or similar. So stay tuned!!

DRANK SOME LEMONADE!!! OFFTHESHOULDER x DETACHABLE SLEEVES!!

Happy Labor day loves!! ive been MIA and i promise you it was not intentional. I guess I got a little caught up with personal stuff and if you have been in Houston lately its been raining nonstop.

I also needed a little time to think about certain aspects of my life especially personal growth and development. Trust me its been really tough but certainly one of the best things that happened to me.

In today's post im sharing my love for a Nigerian brand #Labelsbyrhallykhan. A brand that is owned by my friend and I am very proud of. I will be working to grow this brand more hence I will be posting a lot of outfits by this brand add @labels__  on instagram to purchase outfits by this brand.

Lets talk about this lemonade that i draink lol drank... This lemon outfit is everything.Its hard to find the perfect outfits lately but this unique piece by labels is everything.The fact that one top can be worn several ways is just so amazing. The sleeves are detachable and also it can be worn as a monostrap top.

I paired this outfit with my gorgeous shoes by Ninewest. I love how comfortable they are. I practically wore them for twenty two hours yesterday.

How gorgeous is this outfit perfect for transitioning into the fall season. One of my favorite season because that when you know the style differences as its not as easy to layer and still be fashionable so hey you gotta outdo yourself ..lol

FRILLS x PEACH!!

Happy Monday loves, I hope you are all have a great start of the week. I promise you i am getting really busy lately but i wont neglect what I love doing (blogging) especially not you my readers.

In todays post ive styled this gorgeous frill top from my Instagram store @styledbydsis  and this tailored to fit pant by @ellamopatrick on instagram.

I initially planned on pairing this pants with a berry off the shoulder top which screams fall more but i decided to style this gold top as i didnt get the berry top that did justice to this pair of pants as i wanted.

This look is very timeless. I can wear it to any occasion and also the frill top can be worn both ways as an off the shoulder top or this strapless one as i have styled it.

Pairing this look with the appropriate shoes was a little bit challenging; although i styled this pretty gold pair of court shoes you can also style a heeled sandal or a even a pair of sneakers.

ALL BLUSHED UP: BODYSUITS x MIDI SKIRT!!!

Hello loves, how are you all today. I hope fine. I am currently finding it difficult to transition into my fall outfits (covers face). 

So heres another summer appropriate look. My bodysuit top is ribbed and slightly thick so im sure it will be a good transitioning piece. I have paired this body suit with my midi skirt and i love this look. 

I pretty much live in my jersey fabric, hence im very comfortable in this outfit.

Did you all notice that i am blushing, literally in this outfit ... lol. I love this pair of Just fab blush shoes too. I wore them in my spring posts but they go perfectly with this outfit. 

This look very appropriate as a casual one or even to an event. Im all about style that is very versatile as i know many women find it difficult to transition from day to night outfits.

CANADIAN TUXEDO!!!

Happy hump day loves, a little not so late post today but ive be tad busy. I hope the week has been fruitful so far.

In today's post im sharing my love for the Canadian tuxedo. Tbh this is one of my favorite styles as i believe you can never go wrong when it comes to denim. 

Give me ten denim clothing pieces and i will style them all at once; Okay lets just say i am exaggerating but hey, you can never over wear or go wrong when it comes to styling denim.

Ive paired this denim long sleeve top with my pair of self cut jeans. See pictures of how I cut my jeans and turned it into a pair of shorts. See the detailed picture below.

I also love the fact that blue hues are in this fall season too. Ive paired this look with my current favorite sneakers by DKNY for a more casual look. 

This look is very laid back and relaxed, all you need is your sling bag or tote for that extra casual look.

I todays post im sharing my love this basic but not so basic outfit with you. Top be honest, my style is any thing that has me taking the risk which is what i call this look. 

I was looking to go for a back to school outfit, like a pinafore and a basic top. This look screams Summeeeerrrrrrr!!! Love it. The split on this dress is a little over the top but hey, its so stylish. This mini navy dress too , Ooh so glam!!

Also since i had my braids on ive been rocking my visors and this one by Calvin Klein is just one of my favorite ones as ive been collecting visors (covers face).

This look can be styled casually or for an event. So get your sneakers on or get your heels on as i did.

Happy Monday my loves, today post is a bit different from the usual , right?.

In today post ive styled this cami jersey dress. I paired it with my booties as you know fall is knocking on the door, Hence, my booties are out to play. 

A good denim jacket is a wardrobe staple for all seasons especially an oversize or a cropped denim jacket. Mine is a cropped denim jacket and i love how it fits well. 

With this look i was going for im still enjoying summer but yes im getting ready for fall type of look. I just want to enjoy it while the sun is still out really.

Hello loves, how was your weekend? I hope you are all ready for the goodies that this new week has in store for us.

I had a fairly fun weekend. Went for a friends birthday on Friday and errr spent the whole of Saturday recouping ...lol

My Sunday was also well spent as updated myself on fashion and style trends. Which is what brings me to the point of this post. 

Im currently changing my lifestyle and i need a lot of motivation. Leaving old habits behind is a very tough one to do but hey, im more than ready to lead a better life. 

My lifestyle change starts from my diet, to exercise and even trying to stay away from negative vibes/energy. Hence, i need a lot of motivation. I shared this post with you all so that anyone who also needs some inspiration. Ild be updating you from time to time on my fitness and healthy eating journey which im already a week into.
