If the men don't make it happen this year we ladies are gonna make it happen on our own. We have taken Valentine's Day extra serious, by making it seem like only our partners can send us gifts. Smh!!
This year, its the year of the "Galentine" where what really matters is hanging out with your girls and talking about ways to grow yourself/brand and even boys too .. lol.
Hence, say hello to beautiful fashion and style blogger Tiffany from @tcholesworld and visit her blog here . Tiffany and I met at a bloggers brunch and even clicked better at a bloggers bowling event. We reason alike on so many levels and this collaboration was a very fun one to do.
Two queens sitting pretty in pink, these were Tiffany and i s take on the what a nice looking galentines/Valentine's day outfit should be. .
I opted for a bodysuit and skirt styled outfit while Tiffany went for a plunge neckline dress.
I was going for that daytime outfit, for a brunch with the girls or Bae. While Tiffanys outfit says more of nightout turn the lights out outfit.
Let's talk about this gorgeous plunge neckline dress on Tiffany, I love it. Tiffany opted for a black manicure to go with the rest of her outfit and a medium sized silver loop.. So in love with the simplicity.
With my look, I was going for simplicity in accessorizing. My diy choker is literally the only accessory I have on. Find out more below.
One of the best things about our takes on these looks is they really are opposite and we are able to cater to the curvy girl who is unable to bare it all and the slim/skinny girl who can get away with showing off a little without looking overbearing.
Accessories like these gorgeous clutches that we selected, complemented our outfits and also added that touch of fabulousness.
My entire outfit in one picture I really think it came together nicely just as Tiffanys did.
This diy choker was pretty easy to make. I was going with the love theme which is why I had the heart shaped embellishment.

Our shoes are very similar, honestly a pair of ankle strap sandals are easy to slip on and out of. Especially if they are not extra high, they are very comfortable.
